Narrative
During his minority, the Comyns seized Meikle Geddes, Rait and the castle of Inverness and the Mackintoshes did not regain them for another hundred years. Angus had five sons and two daughters. In 1319 he received a grant of lands of Benchar, in Badenoch, from which the Comyns had been expelled.
