Narrative
Source The Boone family; a genealogical history of the descendants of George and Mary Boone who came to America in 1717; containing many unpublished bits of early Kentucky history, also a biographical sketch of Daniel Boone, the pioneer, by one of his descendants, Ella A. Spraker:
Per the genealogy written by his grandson James Boone, who brought it with him to America, George Boone II was a blacksmith and lived to the age of 60. In that same document James states that his grandmother Sarah Uppey Boone lived to age 80, and "never had an aching Bone, or decay of Tooth." The four original handwritten sheets are housed at the University of Wisconsin.
